Shipping policy

Shipping is free for all orders that are priced 1000MAD+ to anywhere in Morocco (Except Large Volume Items). Your products will be packaged and shipped within 1 or 2 business days.

International Shipping for all countries (other than Morocco), your product will be shipped in less than 5 days.

For custom made products, estimated delivery is 8-10 weeks, but we recommend you to check in with us if there is a rush order.

Other shipping option : You can choose the product you wish to purchase online and pick it up from our store in Marrakech. 

In-Store Pickup: Important Notice Regarding Pickup Deadline

Choose in-store pickup and enjoy the flexibility of retrieving your order when it suits you!

However, please note that your order will be held in store for a maximum of 15 days after the notification of availability.

After this 15-day period, storage fees will apply.

To avoid these additional fees, we encourage you to pick up your order as soon as possible.
